This was the perfect choice for our spur of the moment vacation plans. The house was clean, welcoming, bright and exceptionally well equipped for all of our needs. Screened in pool in the back was a welcome respite for our mid afternoon break from the parks. The Encantada resort was blissfully quiet at the end of a long day at the parks. Less than 10 minutes from Animal Kingdom, and less than 15 minutes from Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Fully equipped kitchen made breakfast a breeze and prepping lunches for the cooler saved us time standing in line at restaurants during the day. Kevin, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and was always quick to respond to any of our inquiries. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to WDW – you won’t be sorry – it was PERFECT for us! Thank you Kevin!

Great house, ideal size for up to 6 adults, met our need for a cot. New towels, great bedding and pillows, yummy beds, functional and functional kitchen, washer and dryer tops, very nice condo. Central air conditioning. The hosts met us whenever we requested via Whatsapp. Anyway, Charming enchanted us. I’ll be back there for sure. Disliked · Nothing to say.

Great place! Well stocked and super close to stores/restaurants if you needed anything. Being 10-20 minutes away from any Disney park was great as well! You were close enough without being in the middle of the action. We also appreciated Allison’s outstanding help as we were caught in the Southwest cancellation debacle! We definitely recommend this property and host!

The property was great, conveniently located near attractions with all of the conveniences of home. The resort the property is located at has a number of great amenities for families or individuals to take advantage of if you choose to. Allison was a great host, quick to respond to inquiries and proactive in checking in to make sure the everything was meeting our needs. We would recommend this property to anyone looking nice place to stay and take in what the area has to offer.

We booked this rental for a trip to Disney.

The house was very clean,

very spacious and met the expectations of the promo photos. The kitchen was fully equipped, dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit and there were plenty of bath and pool towels, pillows, etc. The plunge pool was a very pleasant perk as well as the smart tech throughout the house (Alexa, Amazon Fire Stick, smart lock). The location of this house was also a huge plus, with a 15-20 minute drive to the Disney World Parks and about a 30 minute drive to Universal Studios. Allison was a great host. She responded to my questions very quickly, provided very thorough check-in/check-out information and checked in with us a couple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. This rental is very highly recommended — great house, great value, great location.

Fantastic place, close to Disney which is exactly what we wanted. Allison was very kind and responsive to all questions and concerns. Clean place and wonderful resort pool. Plunge pool was great after a day at the parks!
